STORE POLICIES 

No refunds on notions, books or magazines.
Yarn may be returned with receipt if unused within 30 days.
Yarn wound into balls are not returnable.

Any yarn that has been held for more than 30 days will be put back into stock.

CLASSES

1.  You must call to register at least 2 days in advance. 
2.  You may be required to pay a 50% deposit.
3.  If you cancel less than 24 hours before the class, your deposit is forfeited.
4.  The Hook and Needle reserves the right to cancel any class if minimum enrollment has not been met. 
5.  We also reserve the right to limit the number of students in any given class.
